KORELASI BERAT BADAN TERHADAP KELINCAHAN HINDARAN PADA PENCAK SILAT PERGURUAN NAGA SAKTI

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship of body weight to evasion agility in Pencak Silat of Naga Sakti School of North Kelayu. This study was a quantitative correlational study with a correlational research design. The population of this study was 40 students of Pencak Silat of Naga Sakti school of North Kelayu. The sample in this study was 15 people. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study employed the action test method. The results of the r test obtained r count < r table (0.478 < 0.532) at a significant level of 5%. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between body weight and evasion agility in the Naga Sakti Kelayu Utara Pencak Silat school.
