The Ministry of Environment and Forestry granted management rights for this forest area under the HKm scheme to local communities for 35 years, managed by the Forest Management Unit of Pelangan Tastura involving 260 farmers over 94.45 hectares of land. Agroforestry, as a sustainable land management system integrating agriculture and forestry, is the primary focus to maximize land productivity while maintaining environmental sustainability. The research was conducted from February to June 2024 using a descriptive method to depict the diversity of plant species, strata, and land utilization by farmers. Data were collected through interviews, field observations, documentation, and literature review. Diversity analysis employed indices such as Importance Value Index (IVI), Diversity Index (H'), Species Richness (K), and Relative Density (KR). Results indicated that agroforestry patterns in HKm Aik Bual significantly enhance vegetation diversity, plant structure, and diversity of understory species. Further research is needed to better understand the interaction between agroforestry patterns and plant species diversity in HKm Aik Bual. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The method of data source sampling is purposive and snowball, the method of triangulation data collection (combined), inductive/qualitative data analysis, and the results of qualitative research emphasize the method on a common basis. The results of the study showed that there were factors that influenced students in choosing the education/teaching major in mathematics at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, UIN SYAHADA Padangsidimpuan. After analyzing the information that the researcher collected, it was found based on the results of the analysis of the questionnaires distributed and interviews with respondents/students who were active in the TMM department, several effective factors in the field were found that influenced students to choose the TMM section, namely internal/self factors including interest and ability factors. Based on these results, it shows that the factors that influence students to choose the TMM department at UIN SYAHADA Padangsidimpuan include interest factors and ability factors. The interest factor is related to the choice of TMM students' majors at UIN SYAHADA Padangsidimpuan, namely the students' interest in the TMM major they choose. Of all the problems answered by TMM students, there were 59 respondents who were in accordance with their interests in choosing the TMM major. Furthermore, the ability factor is one of the factors that influences students in choosing the TMM major at UIN SYAHADA Padangsidimpuan, namely with the ability of students will provide better results when choosing the TMM major. The TPS (Think Pair Share) Learning Model is considered appropriate for contributing to improving student learning outcomes in animation learning, because in this learning model students are encouraged to work in teams with their classmates to solve problems given by the teacher. The research was carried out by looking at students' performance in completing animation assignments in accordance with the learning being taught. This research is experimental research where there is a control class as a comparison class and an experimental class which will be given treatment using the TPS learning model. The results of this research were that the initial hypothesis was accepted with students' average scores increasing compared to the previous learning model. The type of research is classroom action research (PTK), with the subjects in this research being class II students at SDN 2 Pancor for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 26 students. I collected data from the research through observations and tests of each cycle. We completed the pre-cycle stage before starting the two-cycle research. Analysis of data on mathematics learning outcomes for fraction material shows that there is an increase in each cycle stage, where in the pre-cycle with a contextual approach, it is known that there are 3 students with low learning outcomes who do not meet the minimum criteria for completeness, and students with medium learning outcomes who are at the minimum completeness criteria are 2 people, and 12 students with high learning outcomes who exceed the minimum completeness criteria. Then, in cycle I, all students obtained high learning outcomes and exceeded the minimum completeness criteria. Meanwhile, in cycle II, there were 2 students with moderate learning outcomes who met the minimum completeness criteria, and 14 students with high learning outcomes who exceeded the minimum completeness criteria. The complex interaction of climate change and biodiversity exacerbate conditions by causing disruptions to the life cycles of species, facilitating the spread of invasive species, and increasing the risk of vector diseases. Effective mitigation strategies are needed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through renewables, maintain and recover natural ecosystems, and strengthen ecosystem adaptation to minimize these adverse effects. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using quantitative and qualitative data types sourced from primary data and secondary data. The results and discussion show that maggots are an effective alternative for processing leftover household organic waste because maggots are able to break down 5 to 10 kg of waste per day. Diabetes was the third highest cause of death in Indonesia in 2019, with around 57.42 deaths per 100,000 population. This study aims to explore the relationship between accessibility of information technology and knowledge of DM among students of Politeknik Piksi Ganesha. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach, with a sample of 96 Politeknik Piksi Ganesha students selected using the purposive sampling method, analyzed using the Fisher's Exact test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that students' accessibility to television and radio had a significant effect on knowledge of diabetes mellitus (p <0.05). However, accessibility to the internet, social media, newspapers/magazines and leaflets did not show a significant effect on knowledge of diabetes mellitus (p> 0.05). Although all students have accessibility to the internet and social media, not all of them have good knowledge of diabetes mellitus. The aim of this research is to describe the students' learning outcomes after the implementation of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) method on the lines and angles topic in Grade VII. The subjects of this study were Grade VII students in the second semester at MTsS Hidayatul Insan, Palangka Raya, during the 2019/2020 academic year. This research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The instrument used was a learning outcomes test sheet. Student performance was measured through a final test administered to 22 students, of which 19 students achieved scores above the minimum competency criterion (KKM) of 65, indicating successful completion, while 3 students did not meet this criterion. The overall achievement level was 74.54%, meaning that the students' comprehension of the material was ≥65%, categorized as "achieved." However, environmental degradation in Indonesia is increasing due to a lack of attention to environmental ethics, driven by materialistic views and economic incentives resulting in a global ecological crisis. The environment encompasses everything that affects the survival of humans and other creatures. Environmental ethics are crucial to maintaining the balance of nature. There are three theoretical perspectives on environmental ethics: anthropocentrism, biocentrism, and ecocentrism. The principles of environmental ethics include collective responsibility, care for nature, non-harm to other living beings, simple living, justice in resource management, democracy in environmental policy-making, and moral integrity. Implementing environmental ethics involves a friendly attitude towards the environment in every aspect of life. Human behavior towards the environment should reflect an awareness of collective responsibility for preserving nature, even though technological advancements tend to harm the environment.
