Abstract

Community service activities in the form of training and mentoring to strengthen the capacity of the management of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDES) "Sinar Kabuju" Naru Village, Sape District, Bima Regency aim to increase the insight and knowledge of BUMDES management in professional BUMDES governance as a driver of the village economy. The method of implementing the capacity building of BUMDES management is carried out in 3 (three) stages, namely the first stage, delivery of BUMDES governance material, the second stage, mentoring in preparing the draft of the Village Regulation on the Establishment of Bumdes, the third stage, mentoring in registering BUMDES "Sinar Kabuju" on the bumdesinstitute.id platform. The results of this community service activity provide knowledge and understanding to BUMDES management on how to run the BUMDES organization properly, correctly, professionally, so as to create village economic independence and create community welfare.
